1. Definitions and Applicability

bah88 may request a national identity card, passport or other valid documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use bah88 platform services:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. The services of this platform are strictly prohibited for minors.
• The account must be operated in your own name and for your own benefit — betting on behalf of others or managing an account for someone else is not permitted.
• Valid documents proving date of birth must be submitted if required.

If false information regarding age or identity is provided, the account will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Betting on cricket, football, other sports and casino games is available on the bah88 platform. All bets are considered final after confirmation and cannot be changed.

6.2 Bet Validity

• bah88 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event or match is cancelled, suspended or altered, separate betting rules will apply.
• Bets related to a match may be subject to review if match fixing or irregularities are suspected.

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

Maximum payout limits may apply depending on the game and market. Specific limits will be stated in the guidelines for the relevant game or market.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bah88 platform and will result in permanent account closure if they occur:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of another person.
• Using false or forged identity documents or personal information.
• Operating coordinated accounts or syndicates to exploit the bonus system.
• Using any kind of software, bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in defamatory behavior toward other members or staff.

If evidence of the above violations is found, all balances, bonuses and winnings in the relevant account will be forfeited and information may be passed to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by bah88

bah88 may immediately close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Refusal to complete identity verification.

9.2 Closure by the User

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

bah88 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Loss caused by unauthorized access if the user did not keep their login details secure.
• Transaction delays due to technical issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Service interruptions caused by external events (natural disasters, changes in government policy, infrastructure failures).

In all circumstances, bah88's liability is limited to the total amount of the relevant transaction.

11. Privacy and Data Retention

Details about the collection, storage and use of users' personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you are also agreeing to the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

bah88 reserves the right to change, revise or update these Terms at any time. Notice will be clearly given on the platform before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please request account closure.
